At the entrance of your meeting or training rooms, Netisse offers touchscreen tablets to remotely signal the room's status (available or occupied). These tablets also display reservation information, including times, the name of the person who booked, and the purpose of the meeting or training.
An integrated system in the tablet allows users to report issues regarding the resources of the associated space. Users can report a problem encountered in a specific room to the concerned service: cleanliness, technical issues, heating/air conditioning, equipment, etc.
Equipped with an LED strip, they clearly indicate the room status: green for an available room and red for an occupied room.
Powered via Power over Ethernet (PoE) through the network cable (Ethernet RJ45), their installation is simplified. Optionally, the tablets can be equipped with an NFC reader, allowing users to quickly identify themselves using their badges.
