Digital event management: Opticians Atol organise four events a year for all their franchisees.
To bring all the content for an event together in a single channel, Atol chose Netisse and its Welcome Event solution.
This means that all participants can access all the information relating to the event in which they are taking part from their smartphone..
The Atol-Event mobile app has two different activity programmes :
In this way, participants are guided throughout the event.
Each event has its own directory of all registered participants.
This makes it very easy to contact any other participant or the staff directly via the integrated chat system.
Incorporating the satisfaction survey directly into the app means that the response rate is much higher.
All the responses can be viewed from the Welcome Event Back Office.
Other features have been added at Atol's request, including an interactive map, a history of notifications received and a QR Code scanning game.
In all cases, Netisse has adapted to requests to enable the Atol-Event application to best meet the needs of users and participants at Atol events.
